A Pr\u00f3-Reitoria de Extens\u00e3o<\/b> (PRE-UFSM) \u00e9 representada pela autoridade denominada \u201cPr\u00f3-Reitor (a) de Extens\u00e3o\u201d, e s\u00e3o suas compet\u00eancias:<\/i><\/p>

I – convocar e presidir as reuni\u00f5es da C\u00e2mara de Extens\u00e3o da Pr\u00f3-Reitoria;<\/p>

II – representar a Pr\u00f3-Reitoria no Conselho de Ensino, Pesquisa e Extens\u00e3o;<\/p>

III – coordenar, fiscalizar, supervisionar e divulgar \u00e0 comunidade universit\u00e1ria a\u00e7\u00f5es desenvolvidas pela Pr\u00f3-Reitoria;<\/p>

IV – empreender as medidas necess\u00e1rias ao bom e regular funcionamento da Pr\u00f3-Reitoria, observadas as normas pertinentes, incluindo a defini\u00e7\u00e3o das atribui\u00e7\u00f5es administrativas dos integrantes da Pr\u00f3Reitoria;<\/p>

V – encaminhar os assuntos \u00e0s inst\u00e2ncias superiores quando excederem os limites de sua compet\u00eancia;<\/p>

VI – zelar pelo fiel cumprimento das a\u00e7\u00f5es de extens\u00e3o, buscando harmonizar os interesses e necessidades da comunidade acad\u00eamica, relacionados com a Pr\u00f3-Reitoria, nos campos did\u00e1tico, administrativo e disciplinar, expedindo, quando necess\u00e1rio, instru\u00e7\u00f5es, ordens de servi\u00e7o, editais e outros atos relativos \u00e0s atividades de extens\u00e3o, necess\u00e1rios \u00e0 sua consecu\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/p>

VII – homologar as decis\u00f5es tomadas pelas coordenadorias e encaminh\u00e1-las \u00e0s inst\u00e2ncias superiores, se for o caso;<\/p>

VIII – identificar as necessidades de treinamento do quadro funcional da Pr\u00f3-Reitoria e encaminhar a demanda aos \u00f3rg\u00e3os competentes para a devida qualifica\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/p>

IX – acompanhar o desempenho das a\u00e7\u00f5es de extens\u00e3o da Universidade; e<\/p>

X – manter articula\u00e7\u00f5es, cont\u00ednuas e permanentes, com as demais unidades da UFSM e com institui\u00e7\u00f5es da comunidade, para assegurar a integra\u00e7\u00e3o, o aperfei\u00e7oamento e a efic\u00e1cia das atividades sob sua coordena\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
